Felkner heads the Ocean State Policy Research Institute, Rhode Island’s sole free-market think tank. He credits the Rhode Island budget deficit with providing the impetus to implement reforms conducive to fiscal and social responsibility. Among his notable and quotable observations: “You can’t combine open borders with a welfare state.” Chat room participation was vigorous and spirited and as always, encouraged. Grizzly Groundswell member Emery McLendon hosts a TREMENDOUS blog/website. He uses Ham Radio and the Internet to reach out to our troops and their families. It’s great to know that Ham Radio remains viable in the 21st century in conjunction with the internet. This is a positive example of talk meeting new/old medium.
Thanks Emery; have added you to my blogroll.

Who is Joe Galloway, who is McClatchy Publishing? I suspect both to be members of the MoveOn.Org/George W. Bush is evil contingent. I should do my own research, but then again, there are others who know more than I and I would like to meet you. Additionally, you can Twitter me at: Boston Patriot.

It very much sounds like the latter if this Boston Globe story is to be believed. “Political Consultants” don’t come off too well in this story either (I can feel Michael Goldman’s sweaty breath seeping through my computer screen). Business as usual from the man who promised to change business as usual in Massachusetts. Kudos to Frank Phillips for uncovering this.

…and we at Bottom Line Radio commend him for it. The Massachusetts business community has been and still is far too quiescent in successfully advocating for matters pertaining to its self-interest. Until that changes, we will all suffer as business enterprise is the engine of economic growth and prosperity. Kudos to John Hurst in this important piece. Perhaps it will encourage others to speak out as well.

Speaking as someone who attends church and is politically involved, I can readily understand why some Americans feel repulsed by elements of “organized religion”. The attached article by Boston Globe reporter Peter Canellos sums it up. In my humble opinion, politicians of all stripes should not be using church services as campaign stops/opportunities. Furthermore, clerics of all stripes should stick to their primary business: talking about God and how to know Him/Her better.

On Friday, June 6th at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time, I will interview Richard Baker. Mr. Baker is a candidate for Massachusetts Congressional Sixth district seat. He is running as a Republican and deserves consideration on that stance alone. For more info, or to listen to and/or download the program: http://blogtalkradio.com/bottomlineradio

A quick and dirty assessment of the story behind the story. Kudos to American Thinker author William Tate for providing some much needed insight on this story. For me, the “aha” moment of the article is that it suggests the McClellan book’s publisher has ties to George Soros. No need to say more Mr. Tate. George Soros is America’s Stealth Bomber, a rabidly anti-American, left-wing subversive whose modus-operandi is artifice, guile and stealth. For more info on Soros. Add to this mix quiescent, possibly bitter and possibly financially desparate Scott McClellan and the stage is set for a lot of headscratching. More importantly, this “book” says a lot about the nature of America’s enemies, internal to be sure. It shows the Democrat party has been hijacked by anti-American subversives, since Soros is a major contributor to a host of Democrats not the least of which is Barack Obama (another quiescent subversive). It shows that Soros and those of his ilk will stop AT NOTHING to secure their ignoble objectives. It shows that America’s Patriotic class must be EVER VIGILANT to threats from within!!!!! The left of old was represented by the Communist Party, a relatively visible and loud organization ; the left of today is represented by stealthy, wealthy, subtle, well-organized and decidely subversive elements.
